What Makes a Smith Burger
Every patty is pressed fresh to order — no heat lamps, no shortcuts, no frozen anything. Crispy, lacey edges and a juicy center that Champaign-Urbana has been lining up for ever since.
A Home Downtown
Smith Burger found its first indoor address at Collective Pour in Downtown Champaign, where smash burgers and craft beer turned out to be a natural pair. The line out the door said the rest.
The Yard on Broadway
Their biggest move yet: anchoring The Yard on Broadway in Downtown Urbana — a food hall where the whole family can spread out and stay a while.
